Meet Mr. Hua

Mr. Hua founded the Hua Language Institute in 1985, adhering to the ideals of expertise in education and service. Mr. Hua describes himself as a twofold manager; he is not only a specialized manager for English education, but also a career planner for his employees.

Mr. Hua understands society's demand for quality English education. All parents want their children to have excellent English skills in order to have the best opportunities in the world. Despite of the demand, the quality of Taiwan's English education remains questionable. Although English is very easy to learn, a lot of people find that it is a difficult road to take. Mr. Hua is greatly concerned with this, and has made it his life's mission to improve the quality of English education in Taiwan. Through a lifetime of research and experience, Mr. Hua knows that he has developed the most effective teaching method that will no doubt make every student successful and confident English speakers.

For the past twenty years Mr. Hua has gradually and persistently worked toward his goal. He has never been concerned with entrepreneurial considerations, but rather has used the principles of excellent education as his guiding light. Mr. Hua has poured his efforts and resources into creating his own study materials and is constantly revising and improving them. Recently, he has taken advantage of internet technology to create rich and comprehensive interactive learning programs. He oversees the training of each teacher, and he strictly but caringly guides his or her development. Mr. Hua also examines every branch school to see that they meet his standards, but at the same time he is constantly consulting with the world's linguists to look for ways to ameliorate his own teaching system. Mr. Hua does all of this only because he greatly values the trust that parents put in him when they send their children to Hua.

Besides being a specialized manager for English education, Mr. Hua is also a career planner for his employees. Mr. Hua is a friendly and approachable man, and he is always happy to give people sincere advice. Mr. Hua's philosophy toward life and education has spurred the development of every aspect of the Hua Language Institute, and has given his colleagues a clear sense of a mission in English education. Repeated successful advances in English education at Hua have given his employees a strong feeling of accomplishment. All of us, here at Hua, throw ourselves into our work and take great pride in what we do. Mr. Hua's mission is our mission, and we value the fact that all our efforts will not only help students enjoy studying English, but will also create a sense of confidence within.

Mr. Hua occasionally asks himself why he keeps working so hard, but the answer is very clear: nothing can steer a person from his life's passion and from his mission. He persists out of duty, out of obligation, and for the benefit of our next generation. For these reasons, Mr. Hua insists on pursuing his goal of excellent English education.
