Research & Development

Mr. Hua has poured his resources into making a legacy of excellent education materials. HLI has a full team of educational researchers to examine our teaching methods and create ways to improve our curriculum. In the past our research has led us to the publications of many successful and effective textbooks and multimedia study aids.

Currently we are researching ways to make our KEEP Class even better by adopting an American-developed material called Reading A to Z. This material is designed for teaching reading fundamentals to native English-speaking students, but its unique sound-focused instruction method makes it a great source for learners of English as a second language.

In addition our multimedia department has been busy coming up with more effective and exciting materials, including animated Chinese Fables read in English that are designed to improve children’s listening and reading skills. We are confident that this unique combination of teaching kids more about Chinese culture while teaching them English will have great results!
